From the Outside In: a new pair of glasses

It's not about us, but THEM, the people who give us their hard-earned money. With things coming at us fast, it is easy to get stuck looking inward. Focused on OUR problems. Talking ABOUT customers, but rarely engaging with them.

But, people will not always tell you what they want or need. It is hard for them to put in words. They will say one thing, but do another. Talking with them is not enough, you have to have a way to see what they do, in addition to listen to what they say.

You need a visual tool which shows you what happens, when it happens, and filters out the noise to see and hear the signals of what your customers are telling you by their actions. Do the reports you have do this?
